3. Payment Terms

4. Late Payment Policy

  • 1.5% interest per month will be applied to unpaid balances over 30 days old.
  • Unpaid services cannot be canceled until full payment is made.

  • Services auto-renew without cancellation notice.
  • No cancellation accepted if there’s an outstanding balance.

6. Client Responsibilities

  • Maintain clear and timely communication.
  • Approve or revise deliverables within set timelines.

7. Intellectual Property

Once full payment is received, all designs and files are transferred to the client. Projects may be used in our portfolio unless requested otherwise.

8. Limitation of Liability

Prattville Web Design is not liable for third-party downtime, data loss, or income loss due to external services. All work is completed using best practices.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by Alabama law. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Autauga County, Alabama.

10. Updates to This Policy

We may update these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted with a revised effective date.
